Dispatch software built for electric cargo bikes, not vans.
Delivery tools are designed around cars. Cargo bikes have different limits: battery range, payload, bike lanes and dense urban stops. We're building the planning and fleet layer that fits them.
Everything a cargo bike fleet needs in one place
One dashboard for dispatchers, one app for riders.
Battery-aware routing
Routes are planned against each bike's charge, load and elevation, with battery swap or charging stops added where needed.
Payload matching
Orders are assigned by volume and weight so every parcel fits the bike carrying it.
Live dispatch
See every rider on a map, reassign stops in a click and send customers accurate ETAs.
Fleet health
Track kilometres, battery cycles and service intervals so bikes are maintained before they break down.
Rider app
Turn-by-turn navigation on cycle-friendly roads, photo proof of delivery and offline mode for patchy signal.
Integrations
Import orders from spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms or your own system through an API.
How it works
Add your fleet
Enter your bikes with their battery capacity and cargo box size. Riders join with a phone number.
Import the day's orders
Upload a CSV or connect your store. Addresses are geocoded and grouped into zones automatically.
Dispatch and track
Generate routes in seconds, push them to riders and follow every delivery live until it's done.
About
Electric Cargo Bikes is being built in Manila, Philippines, by Ben Sarmiento, a software engineer with a background in web platforms and backend systems.
Light electric vehicles are spreading fast in Southeast Asian cities, where traffic makes vans slow and expensive for short deliveries. The software for running these fleets hasn't caught up yet, and that's the gap we're working on.

FAQ
- Who is this for?
- Courier companies, restaurants, grocers and retailers that deliver locally with electric cargo bikes, trikes or e-scooters with cargo boxes.
- Do I need special hardware?
- No. Riders use the app on their own Android or iPhone. Telematics integrations are planned for fleets that already have them.
- When can I use it?
- We're onboarding a small group of early-access fleets first. Get in touch and tell us about your operation.
- How much will it cost?
- Pricing will be per active bike per month. Early-access partners get it free during the pilot.
